We'd love to have you out at the Mud Flats! Please read through all of the information below carefully before registering. Vendors are highly encouraged to set up the afternoon or evening of September 18th to get settled in before the big day.

Important: Site Conditions There are no improvements or utilities available on site. Vendors are responsible for their own power, water, and trash removal needs. This is an off-road event located 5+ miles off the beaten path. A 4x4 vehicle is strongly recommended to reach the site.
Permitting Required Fish & Wildlife will reach out to ALL vendors before the event. You are responsible for researching and arranging your own permitting needs. Food vendors must contact the Grant County Health Department for food permitting. Display-only booths may not require WDFW permitting fees but must still contact them. View Event FAQ →
Booth Pricing

Sponsors get first choice of vendor spots. Non-sponsor booths are priced below, or you may trade for vendor raffle prizes of similar value to be included in the Sand Scorpions raffle. Non-profits running a display or giveaway booth are welcome at no charge.

We cannot guarantee every bit of space requested or that your vehicle can remain directly beside your vendor spot.

What You Need to Know
  • Vendors are encouraged to set up the afternoon or evening of September 18th to be ready for event day.
  • The site has no utilities. You must supply your own power, water, and handle your own trash removal.
  • If you bring a generator, you are required to bring at least a 2.5 lb ABC-rated fire extinguisher.
  • This is an off-road event 5+ miles off the beaten path. A 4x4 vehicle is strongly recommended.
  • You are responsible for removing your trash, waste, and breaking down your vendor tent. Anything left overnight Saturday is at your own risk.
  • Fish & Wildlife will contact all vendors prior to the event regarding permitting. Food vendors must contact Grant County Health Dept.
  • Sand Scorpions will provide porta potties with hand washing stations on site.
