City of Cold Lake Business License
Fire Inspection Completion (From Your Region)
Valid Food Handling Permit (Food Vendors Only)

FOOD VENDORS ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED FROM SELLING ALCOHOL AND MUST SUBMIT A MENU AND PRICING PRIOR TO APPROVAL.
ALL VENDORS MUST ARRIVE 100% SELF-CONTAINED AND ASSIST IN KEEPING THE VENDOR AREA CLEAN AT ALL TIMES FOR PATRONS.
